| The bond between horses and people can be deep, and it comes with a great deal of responsibility on the part of owner. Katy Sollman, 17, of Huntingburg comes from a family with little experience with horses, though this didn't stop her from pursing the sport. "When she was 8 or 9 she started talking about horses," says her mom, Toni Sollman. "We told her she had to save up to buy one and save for the barn fees. And she did it, all on her own." |
