The Falls Community Hospital and Clinic houses one of the first hospital-based rural health clinics in Texas. Though the buildings are antiquated and in need of updates, the facilities remain serviceable. "What people don't understand is that we have to do more with less, and that we do it everyday," says Carol Nelson, a Physician Assistant who runs the Rural Health Clinic.
