| On Saturday mornings the Betz children, Wayne, 12, and Shelby, 16, help skin deer as their father Allen butchers and their mother Bonnie deals with the constant influx of customers. Instead of allowances, the Betz children work for the family business to earn extra money; Shelby for her truck and insurance, and Wayne to help fund his 4-H projects. |
